the fingerprint sensor is not very stable...

yesterday, totally cannot work and i had to use pin/ iris to unlock phone and then restart.

just a few mins back, i saw a notification/ message saying the fingerprint sensor is not responding.

i'm on the latest firmware. i guess Samsung still got a lot of work to do. i just hope they dun ignore it. smile.gif

No issue here. Maybe some apps that your install which could have caused this?

you have to check whether you installed apps that kacau the home button like "touch to return to home" kinda apps.. sometimes other apps can mess up the system.

Me too. I resent my email to them, whereby they responded by asking me to attach screenshot of my IMEI pula. Below is their email request:

{Dear valued customer,

Good day to you.

Kindly provide a picture which contained IMEI number by screenshot your phone through these steps.(Setting Apps> About Devices>Status>IMEI Information>Screenshot IMEI number) or type [ *#06* ] to obtain your IMEI number.

Your sharing is highly appreciated.}

This was sent yesterday though.

nar, dun have any apps that touches/ manipulates home button... or even any button.

I only have bot reply though. I've sent twice but got the same bot email. Nevertheless, I'm frustrated and gonna refer to the guy in LYN to assist me in the warranty registration.

I just called. They say after sending the email have to wait 14 working days, whereby they will call/sms you =_=
so i guess if nothing after 14 days need to call up bug them again haha
right now the status is not registered yet, request in process.

did you enable one handed mode?

if YES, then can toggle at SETTINGS -- ADVANCED FEATURES.

I just discovered a problem with my note 7.

The smart select lasso mode sometimes will not work with certain picture. After done selecting, it just hang there. Luckily home button still can work.
