I just discovered a problem with my note 7.

The smart select lasso mode sometimes will not work with certain picture. After done selecting, it just hang there. Luckily home button still can work.

Definitely have. They did provided the same programme everytime they released a new flagship. I expected the trade value for Note 5 will be around RM 1200-1300.

I would like to trade in but very sadly I cracked my screen front and back. It's working fine though. Can call, sms and everything. I am not sure if they accept trade in for cracked screen cry.gif

If that's the case, sorry to say, NO. Samsung trade programme will never accept cracked screen unit. You will have to find other way to sell your phone. I believe there's some buyers out there who would love to accept broken phones. The only thing is you need to accept the lower trade in value since your screen is broken.

My set also has the lasso problem. Select a photo in gallery and slowly draw it for around a minute and error pops up. Reset phone and spen back to normal. So need lasso fast fast if must use it. Tried the Rectangular and no problem for 2 mins

900 bucks sweat.gif Screen crack in front requires to change whole thing even though the digitizer is working fine. The back panel don't cost much though, about 100-200.

full coverage SP can try original samsung SP, but doesn't really fit well with casing

or u can check out the Clear Coating / Mobile Outfitter (same company though) for their service

they do full coating for phones and reviews are quite good smile.gif

2 types of film available:

- Clear : RM 160
- Matte : RM 200

Can ask for 10% discount by sharing their service on social media

of course, if u send phone for warranty, then need to do coating again. they might charge again.
*
nope

before send in ur phone, peel off the coating and stick them on a piece of paper...or if u worry, take it back to the shop and ask them peel everything off and put on their warranty sheet...later on take the warranty sheet with u

send in ur phone for repair and then take the phone, warranty sheet (with the film on), and receipt back to the coating shop

they will replace 1 to 1 for free.

Actually from what I read in AndroidAuthority...the digitizer not broken so can just change the glass lens. However, service center don't offer changing glass lens services only...unless DIY but I've no such skills cry.gif

Here's the part for glass lens only and the tools required.
