4Mbps is not that bad, at least you can load 720p/1080p smoothly.

guys, on this thread 1st post mentioned that package RM88/1Mbps can get max speed of 4Mbps and the household income must be RM1500/month. Can I use my father pension certificate to request for RM88/4Mbpsthrough CFM? My father has been using RM88 package for more than 8 years already I think.

First you complain to TM, use the point on the first page. Then complain to CFM.

Guy, I also complaint about the internal wiring for the streamyx, charge extremely high RM 150.

1st Case - Internet connections OK. Fixed line has issues, error voice unable to dial outgoing call. So call TM (100) to describe and help me check for it.

2nd case - Solve the problem but MORE WORST. Internet + Fixed Line all down.. Again, call TM (100) to describe this happening getting more worst totally not connections.

They suspect there is a problem of cable faulty, then they mentioned ONE-TIME charge borne to customers. (But I don't believe the cable has faulty, coz did not raining or thunder)

The next day, the TM contractor visit to my house, seems like uncare habit, just observe the modern and TM Fixed Line totally not connections at all. Then they say is your internal cable faulty already. (But I check my cable there is no torn or damaged at all one).

Charge me RM 150 for internal wiring.. (P.S I'm using Streamyx package, not Unifi package)..

Due to I'm students, no budget to pay so high, wish to nego a bit.. If RM 50 acceptable.. TM contractor says "Never mind la.. Once you have that budget, you call back TM 100.." But the monthly bill I still need to pay even through totally no connections...

After nego, still more than RM100, but slightly reduce RM 30, turn RM 120 settle internal wiring. Due to no connections within 3 or 4 days, I have rushing my school assignment. No choice, ask them to do...

But I found from website eventually not so high cause around RM100. Max RM70+ a bit can settle the problem... I am seriously not satisfaction, macam tipu customers, write CFM and SKMM and TM HQ shoot about like this...

more likely like the contractor try to "earn" extra..as like astro installers, afaik they don't charge customers for wiring (correct me if im wrong), just call 100 for verification on charges..if they got charge you extra, then lodge a report on skmm/cfm.

do mention this thread on your FB, twitter and anyone you knew that paying extra but for such lousy services.. need more exposes about this

Get someone you know and trust to check on the wiring. to see whether it's really the faulty wiring cause your phone line down.

i had the same problem before June. But for internal, we get outsiders to settle. Old house, although previous 20+ years no faulty, but suddenly lots of disconnection. It is those internal cables inside the cement. Once we pulled new lines, we called TM to come and they also pulled new lines from tower outside the house to our house, then all problems settled. The outside cable is depending on distance, but a kind TM third party was helpful to get the cost down.

So that's just my case for your reference. I had 2 problems, internal house wiring, and also external from TM poll to my house.

How to get RM30 discount? My streamyx 8mb can only get RM140 (before gst) after I complain to cfm recently. The TM staff called me & insist there is no RM130 for 8MB so she refuse to give me that price.
