This is better than hitting jackpot, RM110 for 4Mbps is really a good deal.

Finger crossed I get a discount/free upgrade from TM.

I think very unlikely TM will give me free upgrade/discount.

Because Streamyx is the only option I have to stay online, they basically can tell me, " you tak suka u unsubscribe la".

After demand an explanation, I got the same reply from TM.

Dude, not that we don't want to switch, there is not other option to switch. Streamyx is the only wired broadband available in other states.

TM just called me, they insist the promo for 4Mbps RM88 is finished. They can't give me free upgrade/discount too.

I still have to pay RM110/month for 1Mbps.

I think TM willing to upgrade SPEED but not downgrade PRICE because they need maintain/increase the PROFIT.

TM did call me yesterday and they told me nothing they can do. The promo for 4Mbps @RM88 is ended. No free upgrade or discount for me as well.

So I write an email again to CFM, I am not satisfied with TM's respond.
