if you contact TM..they will use this as reply, use the CFM method...no use contacting their helpline.

Same case as me. Infact, the new promotion was introduced 2 months after I subscribed to Streamyx 4mbps package @ RM140 monthly.

Still, I submitted my complaint to CFM demanded my package to be upgraded to 8mbps with the same price. Let's see what they got to say.

Hey did you emailed then directly or thru website? Should we open case first to get report number or? Any other way to get report number besides calling them?

I just called them for like 10 minutes( dat waiting time)
Kind of insisted them to open report amd give me report number, and just got it.

Any way to check the report made online? Scared that they just give some random number lol.

And right now I'm gonna report again, this time thru website. Wish me luck, hope at least can get 4mbps for rm110

still pay 170 for slowpoke 8mbps...shitt...not have choice..

Malaysian telcos will never reward loyal existing customers wan la. Because they get nothing if they reward them and if they don't, those customers will not switch anyway

wtf i call 100 . they just ask me deal with nearest TMPOINT . how u manage to reduce rm10

To get 4Mbps-RM110 - (my experience).You need subcribe Streamyx blockbuster 1Mbps, then they will upgrade to Streamyx Blockbuster 4Mbps.

1.Complaint to CFM website say " Why i need pay RM110 for 1Mbps when other pay 1Mbps-RM68 and 4Mbps-RM88. Feel cheat with TM."

2.After you make a complaint they will send email/replay
3.After you received replay from TM,  replay at CFM website,
"disappoint with TM answer/offer because it expensive, i just want cheap package or fair price either 1Mbps-RM68 or 4Mbps-RM88. Why i need pay more when other can pay less."

4.After that, maybe they will call and offer 4Mbps-RM110. You decide want take or not.

I think TM willing to upgrade SPEED but not downgrade PRICE because they need maintain/increase the PROFIT.
Just dont mention about package super-duper saving. If not they will offer you 4Mbps-RM130.
And also please don't close the report at CFM Website if you don't get the offer.

be patience, normally once they replied report received acknowledgement... around 1-2 working days TM will call you up.l
