thx TS. my parent's house being using streamyx RM88 for 1Mbps for more than 10 years. from this TS sharing information, I will complain and request to TM for 4Mbps.

guys, on this thread 1st post mentioned that package RM88/1Mbps can get max speed of 4Mbps and the household income must be RM1500/month. Can I use my father pension certificate to request for RM88/4Mbpsthrough CFM? My father has been using RM88 package for more than 8 years already I think.

Hi all,
I had reported to CFM website regarding household income below RM1000 eligible for 4Mbps/RM88 package on 30/11. Today 02/12, I just received call from TM to entertain my query. She said they will check my area whether the line supports the 4Mbps speed or not. if yes, perhaps TM will upgrade the package accordingly.

complaint about RM88/1Mbps. But CFM and TM can't help and can't do anything. Asking upgrade for RM88/4Mbps. But they offered RM120/2Mbps. What a damn! RM88/4Mbps package only applicable during offer period only.

seems no update in Unifi website for other package like VIP5, VIP10 and Streamyx.
They keep promoting 30Mbps and 50Mbps package since last year.
"Enjoy a *FREE speed upgrade in 2017 when you subscribe to the UniFi Advance plan
for only RM179. Offer ends 28th February 2017."

CODE Webe rebate rm10 = still need to pay for webe. Where is the improvement of existing broadband? This is discounted ADD-ON purchase. Gem5 voucher = Is giving out voucher consider as broadband improvement? This is also known as FREE GIFT. Hyptv channel = NOT broadband improvement. Technically, free xx months is considered as PROMOTION or TRIAL. DONE COMPLAINT.
