Guy, I also complaint about the internal wiring for the streamyx, charge extremely high RM 150.

1st Case - Internet connections OK. Fixed line has issues, error voice unable to dial outgoing call. So call TM (100) to describe and help me check for it.

2nd case - Solve the problem but MORE WORST. Internet + Fixed Line all down.. Again, call TM (100) to describe this happening getting more worst totally not connections.

They suspect there is a problem of cable faulty, then they mentioned ONE-TIME charge borne to customers. (But I don't believe the cable has faulty, coz did not raining or thunder)

The next day, the TM contractor visit to my house, seems like uncare habit, just observe the modern and TM Fixed Line totally not connections at all. Then they say is your internal cable faulty already. (But I check my cable there is no torn or damaged at all one).

Charge me RM 150 for internal wiring.. (P.S I'm using Streamyx package, not Unifi package)..

Due to I'm students, no budget to pay so high, wish to nego a bit.. If RM 50 acceptable.. TM contractor says "Never mind la.. Once you have that budget, you call back TM 100.." But the monthly bill I still need to pay even through totally no connections... ranting.gif

After nego, still more than RM100, but slightly reduce RM 30, turn RM 120 settle internal wiring. Due to no connections within 3 or 4 days, I have rushing my school assignment. No choice, ask them to do...

But I found from website eventually not so high cause around RM100. Max RM70+ a bit can settle the problem... I am seriously not satisfaction, macam tipu customers, write CFM and SKMM and TM HQ shoot about like this...


Any suggestions or any idea around the cost of internal wiring?

Too bad TM can't verify for the internal wiring.
They say this depend on the distance...

Since there is a lot of complain about the streamyx unfair treatment, so after 5 years you all should know do what action already.. whistling.gif


I'm also be one of the no streamyx and no unifi coverage. To make it worst, the old street residential area has unifi coverage.
But check from unifi system there, there is no coverage and no poles should at system. But actual see from the residential area, there is a TM Pole there..

Don't know TM janji tipu or janji palsu ke? OR technical still sleeping currently.. shakehead.gif
