after report to cfm,, my streamyx 8mb price reduced from 160 to 140... she told me i had a good record on payment since 2008 and deserve to get this discount.. she told me also not to tell other people.. too bad my area doesn't have unifi..

yup.. maybe she just gave a crap reason to me since I complaint on why a new subscriber got a better price than the old subscriber.

That day another guy from Telekom asked me to upgrade my package by paying another RM20 per month to RM160 per month and I will get faster speed and access and some things fro HyppTV.

Now, they are going to double the speed with no additional charge!

Ask TM file a report, then straight complain to CFM.

my latest bill already got discount for 8mb streamyx. rm140. to all that want to get discount just email complaint to cfm. and when later tm cs call, just be firm with your demand.

and the most important part for them, tie us with contract. I just hope it won't be like the 1mb RM38 streamyx which comes with 1gb quota.

for asking unifi coverage:
lodge report to cfm, and mention you wont close the report until you get the coverage..just keep on commenting the cfm customer report status.

for streamyx:
keep demanding more affordable pricing, lower price package..and obviously on cfm.

more report on cfm.. let's say 50% of subscribers reported on cfm..sure something rite?

TM just called me, they insist the promo for 4Mbps RM88 is finished. They can't give me free upgrade/discount too.

I still have to pay RM110/month for 1Mbps.

To get 4Mbps-RM110 - (my experience).You need subcribe Streamyx blockbuster 1Mbps, then they will upgrade to Streamyx Blockbuster 4Mbps.

1.Complaint to CFM website say " Why i need pay RM110 for 1Mbps when other pay 1Mbps-RM68 and 4Mbps-RM88. Feel cheat with TM."

2.After you make a complaint they will send email/replay



3.After you received replay from TM, replay at CFM website,
"disappoint with TM answer/offer because it expensive, i just want cheap package or fair price either 1Mbps-RM68 or 4Mbps-RM88. Why i need pay more when other can pay less."

4.After that, maybe they will call and offer 4Mbps-RM110. You decide want take or not.

I think TM willing to upgrade SPEED but not downgrade PRICE because they need maintain/increase the PROFIT.
Just dont mention about package super-duper saving. If not they will offer you 4Mbps-RM130.
And also please don't close the report at CFM Website if you don't get the offer.

If they cant increase speed they slash the price to half. Gov said double speed with same price, so we should get same speed with half price
