At last got free upgrade, from 1Mbps to 4Mbps-pay RM110(still f*cking expensive)
Anyone use Streamyx blockbuster 1Mbps-RM110 go complain to http://www.complaint.cfm.org.my/ Argued with them, just say you want "Fair Price" Use this point -why 4Mbps pay RM88 but i pay RM110 for 1Mbps.  This post has been edited by Mayoi: Oct 23 2016, 01:40 AM |

To get 4Mbps-RM110 - (my experience).You need subcribe Streamyx blockbuster 1Mbps, then they will upgrade to Streamyx Blockbuster 4Mbps.
--start-- 1.Complaint to CFM website say " Why i need pay RM110 for 1Mbps when other pay 1Mbps-RM68 and 4Mbps-RM88. Feel cheat with TM." 2.After you make a complaint they will send email/replay QUOTE "Berkenaan dengan aduan mengenai harga pakej yang lebih murah ini, adalah dimaklumkan Pakej Streamyx with tablet 1M RM 68 (RBB 2.0) telah tamat promosi pada Febuari 2016 . Seperti yang kita semua sedia maklum, Pakej Jimat Hebat hanya boleh ditawarkan kepada pelanggan baru yang menepati kriteria kelayakkan seperti dalam lampiran. Namun begitu, pihak TM turut membuat tawaran yang lain dengan memberikan potongan harga bagi yuran langganan bulanan Streamyx, bagi pelanggan yang melanggan pakej BlockBuster Deal. Semakan kami mendapati kelajuan yang maksimum dapat diberikan adalah sehingga 4 Mbps sahaja. Justeru itu, sekiranya tuan berminat untuk membuat naiktaraf bagi pakej Streamyzer ini, tuan boleh ke TMpoint yang berdekatan. Promosi ini akan berakhir sehingga 31 Disember 2016. 3.After you received replay from TM, replay at CFM website, "disappoint with TM answer/offer because it expensive, i just want cheap package or fair price either 1Mbps-RM68 or 4Mbps-RM88. Why i need pay more when other can pay less." 4.After that, maybe they will call and offer 4Mbps-RM110. You decide want take or not. ---end--- I think TM willing to upgrade SPEED but not downgrade PRICE because they need maintain/increase the PROFIT. Just dont mention about package super-duper saving.
