their reply is BS...
my friend although live luar bandar, but his salary almost rm4k or more.. he can apply the 4mbps for rm88..
my house not yet bandar still cannot get the 4mb rm88 package.. also my salary below rm2k

via tm helpline? basically pointless.. after you complaint via cfm..tm should call you within 3 working days.. and from there just keep saying you are not happy with such layanan and so on ...just use the info from this thread.

check back 1-2 working days on your cfm complaint..sometime TM will silently said issue resolved and said customer acknowledged on call.. from there you just said you never agreed on it and ask for discount and press more.

Malaysian telcos will never reward loyal existing customers wan la. Because they get nothing if they reward them and if they don't, those customers will not switch anyway laugh.gif

the ..switch la..like u got a choice..attitude lol ...basically what else do most people have? in kl, klang valley..maybe got other fixed line choices..but other states?

Dude, not that we don't want to switch, there is not other option to switch. Streamyx is the only wired broadband available in other states.

why unifi is not available on penang for most of the place? my place is georgetown and until now still no unifi and using streamyx 8m tongue.gif which kinda slow damn tm

TM won't care. Just a few people want to terminate, they lose nothing.

They monopolise. So it will be available whenever they like. In my place even max speed only 4mb. Damn expensive.

That's exactly why they wouldn't put any effort to keep "loyal customers". I'm not exactly blaming the customers.

i just recently managed to get rm130 for 4mbps...but how to fight for rm110 ?
