already made complaint the day i received the bill. still waiting for explaination. actually, 2 house at kampung only paid rm88 for 4mbps. but that was because i registered it durinng the promo. now the new one, i also register during promo rm130 for 4mbps. but then just read your post, you paid only rm110 for the speed. i feel not fair la like this. tambah tambah lagi bila dapat bill harga pakej tulis kat situ rm140. will make another complaint asking for the same price as you.

I think very unlikely TM will give me free upgrade/discount.

Because Streamyx is the only option I have to stay online, they basically can tell me, " you tak suka u unsubscribe la".

Same case as me. Infact, the new promotion was introduced 2 months after I subscribed to Streamyx 4mbps package @ RM140 monthly. sad.gif

Still, I submitted my complaint to CFM demanded my package to be upgraded to 8mbps with the same price. Let's see what they got to say.

TM really doesn't give a single f**k to their customer.

UNIFI 5MB also upgraded to 10Mb for free at RM149/month, yet they charge RM140 for 4Mb streamyx. doh.gif

Hey did you emailed then directly or thru website? Should we open case first to get report number or? Any other way to get report number besides calling them?

I email them directly.

They don't even bother me to open a report, I honestly think that the reply I got is a system generated reply.

Kind of insisted them to open report amd give me report number, and just got it.

Any way to check the report made online? Scared that they just give some random number lol.

And right now I'm gonna report again, this time thru website. Wish me luck, hope at least can get 4mbps for rm110

Btw when I submitted my report thru the website, I didn't include my TM account number. Can't find any bills that has my account number written, i wonder if that would be a problem
