Mcb TM, it's already difficult to try upgrade streamyx plan let alone getting unifi at my place.

I have to wait for someone in my Taman to unsubscribe their faster broadband speed then I can go apply.

I want to apply 8mbps but ended up settling with 4mbps. To even get 4mbps I have to wait a few years for them to offer me.

Why I wait for them to offer me? Because bloody TM didn't do jack shit when I ask for upgrade multiple time.

"Maaf tuan, habis port" which was their default reply every time I ask them.

We didn't apply for slower broadband because we wanted to, because you TM pieces of shit monopolise my area and give us no alternative and remained stagnant. Bloody hell.

if you contact TM..they will use this as reply, use the CFM method...no use contacting their helpline.

Very shitty lor. Luckily I have my wireless broadband to cover. But actually still not enough, downloading huge files is impossible.

I think very unlikely TM will give me free upgrade/discount.

Because Streamyx is the only option I have to stay online, they basically can tell me, " you tak suka u unsubscribe la".

Same case as me. Infact, the new promotion was introduced 2 months after I subscribed to Streamyx 4mbps package @ RM140 monthly.

Still, I submitted my complaint to CFM demanded my package to be upgraded to 8mbps with the same price. Let's see what they got to say.

TM really doesn't give a single f**k to their customer.

UNIFI 5MB also upgraded to 10Mb for free at RM149/month, yet they charge RM140 for 4Mb streamyx. 

Hey did you emailed then directly or thru website? Should we open case first to get report number or? Any other way to get report number besides calling them?

no need...use the template and info from first page..blast em.
report to skmm/cfm and stated you will not close your report until you get the service..even tho they said no service or out of port..keep pressing them

They don't even bother me to open a report, I honestly think that the reply I got is a system generated reply.

hi i trying to send a report to cfm...but when i click send they ask me to fill in no laporan SP...is it i simply fill in any numbers?

I just called them for like 10 minutes( dat waiting time)
Kind of insisted them to open report amd give me report number, and just got it.

Any way to check the report made online? Scared that they just give some random number lol.
