Just want to add, they actually called me many time.I was using 2mbps and they called if want upgrade cos got promo 4mbps RM130. I say ok. Then until now 4-5 mbps. Maybe u guys should just call TM.

anyone seeing their streamyx being throttled when doing direct download. I am on 1 mbps and I get 10kbps...
