Did you guys emailed them directly or through the website? For the website there's a box to fill the report number, but how exactly can I open case to get report number for the unfair price? Need to call them out can I do it online?

Kind of insisted them to open report amd give me report number, and just got it.

Any way to check the report made online? Scared that they just give some random number lol.

And right now I'm gonna report again, this time thru website. Wish me luck, hope at least can get 4mbps for rm110

Btw when I submitted my report thru the website, I didn't include my TM account number. Can't find any bills that has my account number written, i wonder if that would be a problem

And according to budget 2017 we should get double speed for same price. Currently paying rm110(without gst) now they want me to pay more for 2mbps. I rejected the offer.

Lol i think u are already on the promo package and you choose 1mbps. Why didn't you take 4mbps? Btw 88 +6%gst is 93.28. Still better than 1mbps rm116.6 tho lmao

Dude i just agreed for rm110 4mbps. But new contract for 2 years. Worth it you think? I guess that's the max i can push TM for, no one has ever gotten 8mbps for rm110 right lol?

Btw, anyone know how to check the current speed on TM website. I want to make sure it's really 4mbps officially, not just wordsay(i mean not Speedtest like that) Haven't looked at TM bill for long time, is the package speed and price stated on the bill? If so then I should see 4mbps for still rm110 on the next bill. Can't check bill online cuz have trouble registering at TM online website

Current is rm110 1mbps. TM called me earlier in the evening about it. But when I did speed test I still see that my speed is still capped at 1mbps. I will test again tomorrow. I complained to CFM.

That's what the TM person said over the phone earlier today. Now still at 1mbps and they haven't updated anything on CFM website. I will check again tomorrow, hopefully it is true
