Did you guys emailed them directly or through the website? For the website there's a box to fill the report number, but how exactly can I open case to get report number for the unfair price? Need to call them out can I do it online?

Did you complained to TM first to get report number, then include it in your email CFM ?

I went the way with the complaint and try to pay more. From 8mbps stremyx RM160 to unifi30mbps RM179

I was told no voice plan, but the tm contractor came and still install phone for me. I think I will have to pay 20cent per minute call instead of the 10 cent per minute call.

fuhh.. why u get rm110 only for 4mbps? i just subscribe 4mbps last week. the agent told me need to pay rm130 monthly but when i received the bill few days ago it stated rm140.66. tm penipu scammer!!

130 excluding gst la tu. This is normal bro. I had to pay 210 for my 30mbps when the agent clearly said i would only need to pay 179 excluding gst. Will go to tm point to tiao them later. Lol

I am still on RM66 512kbps plan. Didn't upgrade to blockbuster because I think it is expensive. Last time plan to go RM88 for 1mb, but people get RM88 for 4mb, which is not available for existing users. Now time to go complain again and see.

Very shitty lor. Luckily I have my wireless broadband to cover. But actually still not enough, downloading huge files is impossible.

Mcb TM, it's already difficult to try upgrade streamyx plan let alone getting unifi at my place.

I have to wait for someone in my Taman to unsubscribe their faster broadband speed then I can go apply.

I want to apply 8mbps but ended up settling with 4mbps. To even get 4mbps I have to wait a few years for them to offer me.

Why I wait for them to offer me? Because bloody TM didn't do jack shit when I ask for upgrade multiple time.

"Maaf tuan, habis port" which was their default reply every time I ask them.

We didn't apply for slower broadband because we wanted to, because you TM pieces of shit monopolise my area and give us no alternative and remained stagnant. Bloody hell.

so damn nice, is there a way to do like mass request to force them change all existing 4mb to rm88? and lower like 1mb, 2mb to upgrade to 4mb?
