When i'm tweet to TM complaining about the free upgrade and unfair treatment for Streamyx user... They DM me said that;

"You are important to us. This is the start of a year long campaign from TM and customers can expect more surprises in the coming month. You will hear from us from time to time as more new surprises become available. Thank you for your continuous support"

Hi guys, i am so far using 1mbps streamyx for Rm 7x + . I wanted to upgrade to8mpbs but unfortunately they told me my area cannot upgrade and max also 1mbps. so no choice but to stay in 1mbps? i cant stand the speed. too slow

Now the main problem.
FOUR TM Live Chat tech support REFUSED to open a report for my complaint about those webe,voucher,hypptv and lack of speed upgrade for streamyx user as per budget 2017 tabled by PM.

The bolded part is exactly the same response given by TM even though I INSISTED them to open a report.

Note: Done calling 100 too, same stuff, they refused to open a report and 'request' me to wait for more 'surprises' (I already know what kind of useless surprises from my TM insiders)

this is the consequences of no competitor

it is not same the the maxis case, we can still switch to other telco

what can you do if streamyx is the only isp that available at your area?

I had private msg to TM fb account "everyone connects", they also reply me the same msg (copy & paste).

Ask me to wait the next surprise in few months later. But bill still need to pay, feeling sad to my money.

Force them to get report . So new surprises come each month , mean if we signed the offer now , next month 'better' offer or extended offer we won't get it . So wait and keep complaints.

On 5:31PM just now, CFM personnel called my phone number.
He asked me if CFM could close my report as CFM will be contacting and clarifying matter about speed upgrade with TM. In addition, he told me CFM is getting too many complaints from streamyx subscribers.

At first, I was reluctant, but as he said current reports will be pooled together and CFM together with MCMC will be contacting TM soon to negotiate some sort of deal.
So, I gave the permission to close my CFM report.

I got a bad feeling about this....... hmm.gif

EDIT: at the beginning of the conversation, he asked me if I already filed a report with TM in regard to speed upgrade matter. I told him that I already tried, but TM refused to open report for me. (Yeah, told him about 4times disconnected live chat and 2 times phone disconnection with TM)

Just happened the same, a few seconds ago. Asked when those results out, they will keep in touch with us later. Just wait for some days first.
