On 5:31PM just now, CFM personnel called my phone number.
He asked me if CFM could close my report as CFM will be contacting and clarifying matter about speed upgrade with TM. In addition, he told me CFM is getting too many complaints from streamyx subscribers.
At first, I was reluctant, but as he said current reports will be pooled together and CFM together with MCMC will be contacting TM soon to negotiate some sort of deal.
So, I gave the permission to close my CFM report.
I got a bad feeling about this.......

EDIT: at the beginning of the conversation, he asked me if I already filed a report with TM in regard to speed upgrade matter. I told him that I already tried, but TM refused to open report for me. (Yeah, told him about 4times disconnected live chat and 2 times phone disconnection with TM)

i think they put into junk because too many same report overloading
