Phanteks CPU cooler isn't available in Malaysia, another choice is Cryorig CPU cooler (look for Idealtech), it also comes with white color to suit your white theme.

The mobo picked isn't full white color, another option would be Asus Z170S Sabertooth (RM 949), a bit pricey for me just to get onboard with white theme

RAM can be changed to Corsair Vengeance LPX White at additional cost, please take note that only Z170 mobo can take advantage of RAM speed of > 2133MHz, H110/B150/H170 will downgrade the RAM speed to 2133MHz automatically.

PSU cable mod is also available for full white theme cable, price should be around RM 100+/-, the package includes standard ATX 24 pin cable, EPS cable and PCIe cables.

Most likely they missed out the 470, the stock arrived around 10 days ago and the price (RRP) is set by local distributor/AMD.

SSD can be added later when you have more funds.

The price difference for Palit and Zotac GTX1080 is quite big, Palit one can be as low as RM 2960 for Jetstream version (runs on stock speed) while Zotac starts at RM 3219 for AMP version. Gigabyte G1 is in between both of them and comes with factory overclocked settings.

There is no PSU that can beat the Superflower Leadex Gold at RM 409 (or within the similar price range) at the moment, it is a tier 1 PSU. CM V series is also under tier 1 but it requires you to make some top up, V550S/VS650S is semi modular and V650 is fully modular, go for fully modular unit if you aim to change the PSU cables to white cable mod for your white color theme.
