if can just buy all main part (CPU, RAM, Mobo, Casing,PSU, HDD/SSD, GPU) from same shop. easy for warranty claim in future and somehow easy to get help to check system malfunction if involve 2 or 3 parts. for accessory like fan, keyboard,etc can get from any shop

You can look for ETech (Kepong), Techview (PJ SS2), DotaTech (Ampang), Idealtech (Pandan Indah) in Klang Valley area.

PSU can reuse & there is a price hike recently which contributes to the increase of total cost needed. Kaby Lake will probably arrive in next 2 months or so.

This is somehow categorized as "optimum" (not higher or lower), if you plan to reduce the total cost, you can do the following:

1. Downgrade to i5.
2. Downgrade to 8GB RAM.
3. Get a 1440p monitor instead of 4K UHD.
4. Get a cheaper PSU/mobo.
