QUOTE(Double J Jamal Jefri @ Oct 27 2017, 06:45 PM) It's very individual. Some would like to eat or else they feel weak. For me I feel bloated if I run after eating something. I usually need 1.5 hours for digestion so for morning run I'd just skip. |

Or else I will feel weak and hungry (my stomach will literally growling while running). |

Let's say you started jogging at 7:00 AM in the morning and jog for around 10 to 15 km. And then you go home and clean yourself up. An hour later, you go to a spa and get a 2 hours of full body and relaxing massage.
Is it a good idea to get a full body and relaxing massage after you go for a morning jog ? Does it going to affect running performance in the future ? |

For runners, I recommend consuming oats and cereals. It gives super energy than just compared to just eating carbo.

QUOTE(90Boyz @ Nov 6 2017, 03:28 PM) i read in internet, LSD more than 3 hours is not advisable as it bring more chance to injury..is it true? see, i oso training for FM..if i just do 2 days training per week - 1 hr midweek stairs/speed run & 3 hr weekend LSD, is it enuff? aiming for 2018 standchart KL marathon..hopefully finish sub-6hr? |
