Anyone joining the KPRC running clinic this Sunday? Heard that they are giving out running tee shirts but only to those who have participated a minimum number of clinics only. Will try to run a few loops there.

I had wanted to join but I have a 21 km HSN race the night before. Too bad sad.gif

What do you normally wear for headgear when you train during the day when the sun is up? Caps/Visors/just a headband?

I'm increasing my mileage for long distance events and I found training in the sun is alot more strenuous and had to slow down the pace quite abit. Would a cap just increase the body temp in our humid climate?

Kalenji is Decathlon's own in-house brand for running products.

any recommended headphone for running? with wire cos using ipod

I bought 2 Sony sports water resistant wired earbuds and the cheaper one had an annoying fit. The other works ok and I'm still using it but I still think its abit of a hassle to put on. If I were to get one today I'll probably look at the water resistant sports models from philips/jvc/tdk.

Used Kalenji bag since 2014, item still in good condition. Plan to get a bigger trail bag from this brand also.
