is it safe to run in this condition?
if we fail to run for 2 weeks
how much impact will it have for us in stamina and endurance?

going for SCKLM this year

I think the good news is that your endurance isn't going to drop drastically in just 2 weeks of not doing any long runs. Maybe your strength will drop noticeably if you don't train at all but you'll bounce back fast. I just do short runs when the api is around 150. My concern is that the haze will last for a long while.

a) ON sweat.gif
b) cancel, haze is to much. we are doomed till year end with haze cry.gif
c) postponed, to a date inside October/bulan sukan negara icon_idea.gif

Postponement is unlikely.
It's either ON or CANCEL.

or take MRT?

if drive and reach there before road closure, i will have 4 hours extra but only need 1 hour drive

if take MRT i will have 1 hour extra time
but drive to MRT plus MRT travel time is 2hr30m

should i drive and reach early and sleep there
i doubt i can sleep, i am too excited
