this is my 1st HM event ever since I started running in June 2015.
(all previous events are 10k 0r trail runs which are more or less)

both gun time and net time : sub 2:30 without killing myself

(yes the q to the starting line was so long hence a 4minutes diff between my gun time and net time )

I do have a pair of Asics Patriod 7. which i retired after a few months using it back in 2015
to me, don't just go for looks. try to read around on those shoes. plus, u should know your foot/Arch type.

hope it went well with u guys...saw 1 person with a LYN Runners club t-shirt as i pass by....nice....to me, being a newbie to running I'm still wearing whatever race bib that is provided during raceDay
if other neutral running shirts i would understand and assume one is comfortable with...but why are some people wearing finishers shirts of other events.........I assume one is comfortable with their training attire but who runs with their finisher shirt

Asia Tourism Alliance?

Event name : ATA Kuala Lumpur Marathon 2017. It was renamed to amMetlife kl marathon , rescheduled to 10septeber. But not Its called selangor marathon 2017, recheduled again to 15october.

This event has been rescheduled 2 times n not a single time I receive email notification of the reshedule.

My issue is ive another event on that date.but it's not my fault. I just inquiry them on their FB page .but from what I previously read,some peeps comments have been deleted. Which is wow
.as for now I'll just wait n see their response.

What do u guys think? Any others with the same fate.tq

2) come to think about it, i just come out of retirement of FB just to comment on their page...I even didn't rant or say rude words

3) just wanna find anyone else with the same faith & see what we can do with these errant organizers. no matter what excuse they have,they should come clean. not avoid or behave like scammers

As my endomondo premium expires in a few days. I'm looking at my options.

RM95.72 per anum vs strava RM30 Permonth. 1st 2months is free. Wonder if its worth the high price. And is it easy to export data from endomondo to strava vice versa. Since been using endo since 2015. And no, i don't t own any smartwatches yet. Hence relying on apps.

Any positive feedback is appreciated.
