- saiz dari 750 sqf - 1000 sqf
- Biasanya 3 bilik. (kadang2 dua bilik je)
- Wajib ada 2 bilik air bertoilet.
- tak ade koridor panjang di depan kongsi ramai2.
- Minima 1 slot khas parking. Maybe ada/takde bumbung
- maybe ada pak guard - maybe strict maybe tak strict.. orang luar keluar masuk dia buat muka toye je...
- maintenance fee sekitar rm80-rm150 sebulan
- kalau ada lift, jem sikit waktu org nak gi kerja (majoriti kerja makan gaji). waktu2 lain ok.

Condominium
=========
- saiz minima biasanya lebih 1000 sqf
- Biasanya minima 3 bilik. Kalau 2 bilik maknanya ruang tamu yg luas.
- Wajib minima 2 bilik air bertoilet
- Minima 1 slot parking. Biasanya berbumbung concrete. Selalunya ada juga 1 lagi extra parking reserved.
- Ada pak guard yg Strict. Kereta keluar masuk dgn kad access & pintu palang automatik. Pak guard kenal setiap penghuni. kalau orang luar nak cuba2 try masuk kena sekat dan kena bagi IC.
- maintenance fee bermula dari rm150+ sebulan sampai le beratus2 hengget...
- Lift tak sibuk. tekan je butang... lift terus datang.
- ada SWIMMING POOL.
