if u looking non rumawip, skyworld got project in Sentul Timur

I am not eligible for 90% loan now. So have to look for those project below 350K

still so gung ho ka... i tot alot ppl keep mention property bubble...

I treat it as a form of saving. Else money put in FD is depreciate.

Put in popoti also considered depreciate if the return is lower than expected..

I dont look at short term. Long term capital appreciation is more viable.

maybe honest tan got lot of property ler....
