I am worried that with only single cp provided,
Where would be the extra car need to be parked?
Imaging average unit with 1.5 car (where usually will be 2),
There will be 2,000 car to be parked along the road side.
This development is not sustainable and may created some social issues to surrounding area.

The DBKL will be built the multi storey car park nearby there...
and SkyWorld also will buit the car park beside SkyAwani 3 ..

why dbkl want to build parking there? there is no LRT/MRT nearby (walking distance)...

It is normal for rumahwip. Only 1 CP.
some rumahwip even without option to purchase additional CP because there is just not enough slots. Average family own 2 cars at the moment. So possible rumahwip = low cost flat double triple park outside by the roadside as long as there is space.

For skyawani 2, yes able to purchase additional CP. 25k if not mistaken. but same. you need to fork out the 10% price of CP as d/p. Not sure for this project tho.

old news, tarc student (motor) was hit by car felt down and died eventually.
tarc student was whacked and died, robbed and stabbed him on the head.

anyone who familiar with w.maju LRT should know those dark history. I was lucky for not encountered this kind of incident when I stayed there...

I will said human mentality. We tend to go for the fastest and easiest way. So road side is the answer. Hahaha

like currently setapak also lot of ppl like to park outside , so DBKL mai earn lot lo...
i think lot of ppl kena in setapak as well ....

By the way, anyone heard that there is actually a MRT station under Circle Line in Setapak? Rumours said it is near High School there. Anyone got lubang to clarify this?
