Bloody hell almost 4k units?

And the architecture is a standout amongst other RUMAHWIP though.

What a waste with such architecture.

I didn't know it's RumahWIP, heck didn't even expect it to be more than 2k units

Could've been a nice built if it's <700 units and not RumahWIP

there are now using mobile truck to promote this RUMAHWIP all around Setapak area. nice marketing tool but definitely not the best RUMAHWIP in Setapak.

if u look at the developer past SkyAwani architecture, i would say theirs are the most outstanding especially in terms of facilities and building facade.

Rumours are that it will be near Skyarena / high school there. Logic considering the availability of land around that area. Skyworld also pandai. Put other launches on hold first in Skyarena.

not taking into account those already closed / sold out rumahwip.
judging by available rumahwip at the same vicinity one can apply, then vista wirajaya will be a better choice.

Premium prices?? It used to be selling at 200-300k for 1.3k sf but now 500k for 1k sf... Quality shud be similar only..

Oh...wah gor mean their prices now more premium, not quality. Hahaha...

Anyway, I think they realise their past quality issue, that's why set up a new company name Max** to develop other projects .
