Should be 1900 units x 2 and implemented through 2 phases. Damn Crazy..

Extremely high density. Based on the proposed plan there's at least 2 phases. The 1.900 units is only first phase. Guess that will at least double. The rumors I read on the forums was that the approved plan included 4-5k units. Hope they scale down a bit.
If you can stand the high density, the building and the facilites is Good! But 1 pool for 4k units? I can't really imagine how that would work? Better swim early morning:-) Hopefully they put in 1 pool per phase at least, but doesn't look like it in the plan drawings. Best tip I have. Go visit the location. The Google Street View of the area looks horrible, awful, but hopefully they demolish the old slum already. |

How big the land size to fit this project?? KL Traders Square 17acres for 2.5k units if not mistaken, and Seasons Garden 6 acres for 1.5k units...

Worth 300k??? Suppose to be affordable housing but at a non affordable price tag. Just compare with nearby project. PV21 newly completed. 900 sqft asking 400k. Not much difference?
Anyway got plenty of other rumahwip choices, why choose this? |
