Ya. Should not used it as investment tools.

I recall government amended RUMAHWIP rules that only can sell back to government 10 years later if once choose to sell and there is ceiling buy back price.

Wow.. really congested la this area once after Sky Awani 3,4,5 completed with this.

MH Platinum is JV between Platinum and Ming Heng Motor (I believe MH is land owner). Their first project is at Jalan Gombak next to Prima Setapak 2 and Chong Hwa School.

Hm.. I think this area is worst than Jalan Sentul Pasar, Jalan Gombak, Jalan Kepong. There are existing PPR, SkyAwani 3 (1900 units), Sky Awani 4 (1700), MH Platinum (1800 units) and there are so many vacant land next to/opposite Selangor Petwer....

The Jalan Usahawan towards to Jalan Genting Klang how to cater the traffic???

And I tot new government is controlling the density of the project? Or they dont?

There are many new completed project where occupancy rate is very low.

Ya.. Thats the issue here most of us have car.. meaning the road side potentially is open car park and u may stuck there to reach your home. not to mention SA3 and 4 comes with 1 car park....
