Royal Selangor? Naza Kia Service Center there. All low cost flats around. PPR XX. PV20 and PV21 is nearby there I guess.

The end is near my friend. Market is saturated with RUMAHWIP. Also not able to sell out. Needless to say those same price smaller condo, or higher price same size condo. Just waiting to die.

Worth 300k??? Suppose to be affordable housing but at a non affordable price tag. Just compare with nearby project. PV21 newly completed. 900 sqft asking 400k. Not much difference?

Anyway got plenty of other rumahwip choices, why choose this?

same price. better location. lower density.

It is normal for rumahwip. Only 1 CP.
some rumahwip even without option to purchase additional CP because there is just not enough slots. Average family own 2 cars at the moment. So possible rumahwip = low cost flat double triple park outside by the roadside as long as there is space.

For skyawani 2, yes able to purchase additional CP. 25k if not mistaken. but same. you need to fork out the 10% price of CP as d/p. Not sure for this project tho.

there are now using mobile truck to promote this RUMAHWIP all around Setapak area. nice marketing tool but definitely not the best RUMAHWIP in Setapak.

judging by available rumahwip at the same vicinity one can apply, then vista wirajaya will be a better choice.

plenty of other rumahwip pricing at 300k with full condo facilities. some even bigger than 800 sqft and lesser yhan 300k.
