- Ada pak guard yg Strict. Kereta keluar masuk dgn kad access & pintu palang automatik. Pak guard kenal setiap penghuni. kalau orang luar nak cuba2 try masuk kena sekat dan kena bagi IC.
- maintenance fee bermula dari rm150+ sebulan sampai le beratus2 hengget...
- Lift tak sibuk. tekan je butang... lift terus datang.
- ada SWIMMING POOL.
