Can activate 5G by calling cs 12273?

Not sure about calling c.s. but you can try and then update in this link for other users to know this info.

Try to register taobao and alipay using onexox no. but no sms received. Any idea what to do instead of using email address to register?

Speed test also inconsistent... These are the best... Sometimes even below 100mbps.

I try the sms method xinaixin mentioned. Once received confirmation sms, turn on airplane mode then off. Viola 5G...

However only for postpaid like one family etc... my son prepaid line cant get 5G

Update: change my son phone to S23FE and 5G is on. Apparently the IQOO cant support MY 5G bands.

Thanks to xinaixin for the 5G SMS tips. I am on Onexox Black plan. I sent the SMS, received a reply saying 5G is activated.

Then I restarted my phone. Not sure if this is necessary but I did it anyway.

I did not change any APN settings.

Happy to report good result with Onexox 5G. Speedtest result around 600-800 Mbps download, 70-90 Mbps upload, riding on Celcom 5G, Kajang area.

Pantas is good in it's own way but xox is good for those who only use their line periodically. Calling with hotlink still expensive aff.

I use both since it allowed me the best of both world without burning a hole in my pocket. Xox minutes is cheap as fuck as able to hold for years. You basically pay for internet and use voice for free.

Hi,FYI I'm using IQOO Z7 and my onexox line is on 5G with around 400Mbps

speedtest eat plan data usage or not ?

Hi,according to information from onexox dealers.......SPEEDTEST consume/deduct data from your data plan.

LOL... of course la bro... otherwise habis spam speedtest

Onexox selfcare a bit laggy today... tot wanna see if like the tnc said, can self port from prepaid to one family supp via selfcare.

Wanna to ask is XOX Pakej Rahmah/Perpaduan 180 days validity Plan still available for subscription until 31 March 2024 (meaning extended from 31 Dec 2023) just like hotlink prepaid?

celcom speedtest dont deduct data

Well xox confirm deduct data. I did speedtest Ookla till received sms from xox stated already utilized 80% data

Anyone notice recent change in XOX (prepaid) that call forwarding is now disabled?

Just one month ago I set my number to forward all calls to my other number and now I'm stuck because the XOX support on FB tells me that call forward is not supported.
