i plan to terminate my xox acc, but i still have 500 talk time, anyone interested to buy?

Meow "golongan" B40... RM10.60 per month also not easy to pay...

can clarify if plan expired in 3 years and still got season pass 20 gb 200 min 200 sms how ?

1. if use redeem free data fat 5 during promo top up min 15 got count as utilized data or must subscribe season pass data ?

2. if subscribe any season pass data week or month once only within 365 days make one call , make one sms out , top up rm 10 within 365 days start lst jan each year got count as utilized and the remaining unused data ,call , sms will be carried forward next year

3. subscribe season pass 2 gb deduct credit or from season pass ? why the 500 mb and 1 gb stated deduct from seaon pass but for 2gb it stated deduct credit rm 5 ?

if subscribe the season pass either weekly or monthly then din't use even a single mb or kb got count as utilized data ?

Yes,the new T & C for onexox prepaid need to use either call,sms,data or top up within 365 days from the last usage to avoid being terminated.

Hi,if your prepaid still got season pass 20GB,200min,200 sms and expired in 3 years and you maintain some usage every 365 days,all balance in your season pass will be valid till your line terminated,the easy way is just make a call for few seconds(RM0.06 sen)

Answer for Q1 : If you have free data FAT5 which means that you have made some top up to purchase the happy hour promo,the top up is counted as usage.

Answer for Q2 : Subsriptions of data also counted as usage.

Answer for Q3 : As long as you have enough data in your season pass,it'll will deduct from your season pass.

Please take note that 365 days are counted from the last usage.

Yes,cause you have subscribe a data plan which is counted as usage(Your data in season pass deducted)

The aim of this T & C are to see prepaid users "SPEND" with deductions from their sms,minutes,data,credits or make any top up amount.

If prepaid users put their simcard into drawer for 28 months (Now 36 months) after they activate the prepaid,onexox will got no profits for 36 months.

As I rarely call these days, I plan to port out from my xox acc. I still have 500 min voice of season pass still left. Is there anyone interested to buy ? Can PM me to discuss further if interested.

b. The Subscriber has not utilised any Data for a continuous period of 365 days; => SUBSCRIBE A DATA PLAN

c. The Subscriber has not utilised any SMS for a continuous period of 365 days; or => SEND A SMS

d. The Subscriber has not made a top up of at least RM0.10 for a continuous period of 365 days. => MAKE A TOP UP

It stated that any one(1) of these 4 requirement is fulfilled.

Question 2 : You can screenshot it for future reference cause the itemised bill is no more available thus you can't check the last usage.

if last usage top up is 11/10/23 then top up rm5 now then need top up again on ?

just double check again,
from WAWA to xoxprepaid,
got get any 36 months activation right?
or just 30 days?

If today top up RM5 then the next usage(Top up,sms,minutes or data) within 365 days from today.

I don't think you'll get 36 months if you change plan from wawa prepaid to normal prepaid,info not available from dealers.

Yes,only credits/airtime can be transfer/share.

So from what I understand about the Season Pass for OneXOX Prepaid if I wanna use data for my plan is..

If I have 0GB Data left in my Season Pass, isn't it more worth it for me to buy and subscribe to a new FAT Data plan and pay for it with my credit balance (airtime)?

Vs buying for additional data via Data Pass, which is more expensive, then only subscribing to the FAT data plan to use data.
