Hi,SP FAT10 : 10GB data credited into season pass and unactivated data will valid till your line expired.

Activated data will valid for 30 days and unused data will "Burned after 30 days"

Don't forget to cancel the data plan auto renewal by sms DATA AR OFF to 22111/23388 or your 10GB data will renewed after 30 days.

Please take note that all data plan are auto renew upon reaching 30 days.

You can activate minimum 0.5GB data from season pass valid for 30 days after your existing plan expired or data used up before 30 days.

EDIT (08/11/2020):

My bad for not making more enquiries about Season Pass. Thought it means "use until finish without time limit".

After porting in, then only learnt that the SP data means it is a quota saved/ set aside for future use. User need to manually withdraw from SP pool to use it like a FAT plan - set GB for set time period.

Seriously overcomplicated XOX rclxub.gif

XOX still by far the most stable MNVO because not offering unlimited plan. I really cant stand my TT anymore. My yearly plan still got a couple of months to go. After that I will port to XOX and leave a number in TT since I got over RM100 left.

Be a smart user by choosing telco with good coverage in your prefered usage area.

Do you notice that in these past 2 years Onexox have too many system maintenance/upgrade and system down monthly amongst all MVNO ?

We hope that this will benefits Onexox's users in time to come even though that users complains that Onexox cutting off freebies in their HAPPY HOUR promo since March 2020 when peoples are staying at home due to pandemic of Covid-19(MCO).

If you did not see the word 'season pass' the data is activated straight upon purchase, therefore having only 30 days validity

As you can see in the HAPPY HOUR promo yesterday(06/11/2020),you can't find the word "Season Pass" in their promo(10GB + 3GB)

RM50 for 10GB credited into season pass where as the "EXTRA" 30%(3GB) data which need to be redeemed in XOX Black app under "REWARDS" activated instantly upon redeemed.

From info I got from Onexox dealers , Onexox never put the word "Season Pass" in their HAPPY HOUR promo.Please correct me if the info is wrong.

Erm, to be honest, I dont really noticed it even though I received many sms about maintenance and upgrades.

I had 4 lines, 2 for myself to make calls and online gaming. Wife and son used the other 2 and no complaint so far.

Just the TT is quite noticeable since its my main line that I used to do everything. Thus I had to dual it with my xox call line as backup.

Now not anymore, so need to be careful if the data is fully added into season pass or activated immediately

Recent data happy hour took me aback, wondering when did they start selling the data with a part/all instant activation, instead of previously all happy hours data are season pass type

It may be few months back but I'm not sure because I rarely purchase data, only focused on minutes which is 100% guaranteed season pass type

Users must be aware of those bonus data of rm50 pricing, since now not 100% guaranteed every data will go to season pass instead

If users are meant to purchase rm50 worth of data and want to use them all in a month, better go for b59db with 44gb data instead

About the data seller, since xox impose season pass purchase limit, the data is probably legit. Some postpaid user who wants to reduce their monthly bill may sell their leftover data

There's no info about this VoLTE yet as several Onexox dealers that i contact don't have the answer.

Maybe the Onexox veteran dealers and Onexox AD in this thread got the answer.......hopefully

Onexox used to brag about their Telco not allowing premium sms to go through, something makes the change of heart (you know I know)

This used to be the selling point for the technologically illiterate people since credit loss is practically impossible before, now I tell those people Unifi mobile is much2 better, no credit validity and your call is charged by the seconds, much more savings

Yup.....that's right.Onexox did brags about not allowing premium sms to go through and that's why they promise to refund the credits to users who report it.

Guess how many older users(Pak cik,mak cik,apek & nyonya) in the whole Malaysia who is illiterate,these older users doesn't even know that their credit

gones.......deducted due to these premium sms not to mention about report it for refunds.

They just top up when they notice that no more credits to make calls,so how much money that are not being refund to these older users....... hmm.gif
