Unifi mobile reception is good as compared to other major telco?

Always keep the account balance low, close to zero, and only reload whenever any season pass minutes are on sale. This helps reduce unwanted charges applied on their account

For mere calling? Yes. But Unifi mobile does not like people using their line with non LTE capable phone, so FUP may applies

But as long as your phone has LTE band 5 (regardless of VoLTE) they don't care

Just to update my status. Based on my itemized bill, an SMS is sent out (as I was charged 15cent) and the question is who send the SMS since my B10 plan only have Talk Time and Data Plan. If i tried to send SMS, it will give Failed to Send. Contacted support not reply yet

Hi,Onexox B10 plan : 1GB data + 20 minutes voice calls.Sms sent out are chargeable.

If you have unpaid bill balanced,you can't make chargeable usage @ send sms,make calls after your 20 minutes use up or purchase extra data.

You can call Onexox customer service at 12273 for more info.

1) Yes,RM25 for 1 year validity(365 days) still available.RM25 will be deducted which will extends 365 days to your Onexox/XOX prepaid expiry date.

2) You can top up through top up channels in attachments shown below.

3) You need to purchase season pass(data,minutes and sms) which is cheaper than the rate of deducting credits,NO FREEBIES without purchases.

4) FYI almost all data,minutes and sms "Purchased" are credited into season pass account.You MAY get free extra data,minutes or sms when you purchase HAPPY

is XOX esim now already open to existing prepaid users? Previously only limited to new prepaid packs.

UPDATE: Already tried using self-care. Existing prepaid users still cannot switch to esim. Esim only for new prepaid packs and port-ins (this is new).

Just know that any usage will use the cheaper account first i.e. DA account, followed by MA account

But any purchase will use MA first and if amount is not enough it will consume the balance from DA
