When upload higher than download... that’s not congested but telco cap it’s speed at certain time

What would be your ideal "nice" number?

Most of my numbers are from yoodo and then ported over. It is quite hard to get repeat double or triple number.

Im on both TT and OneXox. I think TT already half dead ever since unlimited plan came out. It is so slow right now. Luckily Onexox is still acceptable.

I had nothing to complain... bought birthday offer twice and get 30GB for RM100. Sharing across 4 lines. Every month only using 5GB or so. Where to get 4 lines for less than RM30 per month. Also bought some minutes to share across all lines. Voice usage also very low, about 30minutes per month.

Onexox and their dealers promotes that Onexox prepaid & Black plan didn't have speed cap at all time (24 hours 7 days 4G/4G+ LTE high speed).

Is there any way to check the charges for OneXOX prepaid account? I can't seem to find it on XOX Self Care.

Dont bother, 500mb full speed data plus 1gb 64kbps only, cross my mind to subscribe but decide to check for t&c first

Plus if you want to add data you cannot do so from season pass, need to pay from credit, 1gb costs rm15, 5gb costs rm50, just like celcom postpaid 👎

Charges for? Dial 12273 and ask cs for help, they see all changes done to your account, billing for prepaid iinm does not exist

Hi,

many others telco let their prepaid users use basic data free (Till the prepaid line barred) after users top up their prepaid, no need to purchase data plan.

Onexox only lets their prepaid users use basic data(30 days) if users purchase data plan.(Not activation from season pass acc)

Unfortunately no... But call to cs is free from xox number in Malaysia

I'm trying to understand this. XOX prepaid. Used by kid.

I have 417 min talktime, 240 sms, and 1497 free sms.

I topped up RM10 last month.

Today I find only with RM2.10.

I thought talktime and SMS will be deducted from season pass.

Am i wrong? What the correct mechanism?

Hi,please check the phone to see whether there's 3rd party sms received with charges deducted.

You can call Onexox customer service to check on the credits deductions and claim refunds if there's scam sms.

I reloaded the number for 1st time in 1yr+. FIRST TIME.
It was deducted RM4 on same day, and another RM4 two days after.

Fucuk premium SMS. Blindly auto subscribed.

Beribu-ribu sms terkumpul terutamanya Black users dan users jarang menggunakan sms pada masa kini kerana mesej percuma melalui aplikasi media sosial.

Sekiranya ada peluang untuk tukar/menjualnya dengan kredit atau menukarnya dengan data untuk digunakan, sudah tentu users bersetuju dalam keadaan semasa dilanda Covid-19 (Kehilangan/kekurangan pendapatan).

Bagaimana users tahu apa kegunaan pembeli dengan sms tersebut, users cuma nak mengurangkan beban pembelian data yang kerap digunakan.

Onexox harus mengambil tindakan kepada pembeli yang membeli sms untuk kegunaan salah disisi undang2 dan bukan users yang menjual sms tersebut.

Bagaimana dengan sms yang dijual melalui aplikasi XOX Black (1200 sms @ RM100) kepada pembeli tersebut ...... adakah Onexox akan menghadapi tindakan undang-undang yang sama seperti users yang menjual sms ?

Sepatutnya tindakan menyekat atau menamatkan terus nombor talipon yang terlibat menghantar sms iklan judi atas talian dibuat disamping tindakan undang2.

I am thinking to MNP a secondary number into XOX to take advantage of the 28 months validity and XOX's data plan (that's riding on Celcom's coverage).

I know to get the 28 months validity, I have to buy a "Welcome Pack" within 10 days of activation. And this is where it gets confusing when it comes to XOX's plan/ pack names and mechanisms. I am looking at 3 "Welcome Pack" choices -

1) SP FAT 5M
2) SP FAT 10
3) SP FAT 20

What's the difference between (Season Pass) and (Activated) allocations? e.g in SP FAT 10, there is 10GB "Season Pass" + 10GB "Activated".

And does the 28 months validity include the data portion too (i.e. the data purchased in the SP FAT 10 "Welcome Pack" will last 28 months too assuming I really use that little data over 28 months)?
