For XoX Black, the RM10 plan, what happened when we finish the 1GB ? it slow down, or it have extra charges per KB, or it stop working.

No basic data for onexox (unless you subscribe to that data xtra but just a mere 500mb hi speed + 1gb slow speed)

Your internet will come to a halt, need to buy more data

Hi,Onexox black plan doesn't have 2 balance but Onexox prepaid did have 2 balance : Dedicated Account(DA) and Main Account(MA)

Hi, for data,minutes and sms transfer........RM0.50 will be charged to the one who make the transaction only.

As for credit tranfer......RM0.25 will be charged to both party, the one who make the transaction and the one who received the credit.

My is image is both only around 2MB. How to solve this?

I did using black and white photo in *pdf instead.

Thanks for the tips. I tried to convert the original to black and white pdf but stilll fail. Then I capture again in gray using Camscanner and it went through. I don't know if the previous 2MB size they consider too big or not. But the new one 100+ kb went throuh. Thanks again.

you need to stop current subscription. then subscribe again. yes burn to ash.

Hi, you can stop the subscription for the old data plan and get new 2GB data plan with new 30 days validity......the 300MB will burn.

OR

You can subscribe to ADD ON 2GB data,your 2GB data will be added to the 300MB data and valid according to the balance 300MB expiry date(Not new 30 days)

Hope this will help.

Use everything... cancel immediately, subscribe a new one which is valid for another 30days.

Dont cancel with data leftover (will not be carried forward) unless it is below 50MB and you are playing games which require constant connection.

Then use until 10-20MB left. I usually deplete until 20mb unless I want to play MOBA then I will renew.

Hi,if you run out of data,you can use the USSD code *150# to subscribe data plan , stop plan renewal and stop plan immediately(NOW),

which means that you can terminate the existing data plan and activate a new data plan,no need to find wifi connection.
