I have received 3 SMS for XOX Selfcare recently which I have never requested. Is there any way to check what happened? My account seems to be normal. My credits and season pass data also left untouched.

Luckily my balance left just RM5 and data almost finish, I only keep this number for its validity. If a transfer actually happens, will XOX send a SMS to inform me?

Hi,sms notification will be sent to the number which make credits transfer or season pass transfer everytime transfer are made through sms or XOX Black app.Go to SP SHARE then SHARE HISTORY in your XOX Black app to check all the season pass that have been transfer out.

Installed the XOX Black app myself today and set up a pin for it and this time the TAC is really for myself. biggrin.gif
I must say the app looks polished, but still lack some features here and there. Keep it up team OneXOX.

For the validity extension, I think last time I used both DA and MA balances to pay the RM25. Use the XOX Black app to extend easier, as it has a GUI for you to visualise.

XOX should combine both DA and MA into one account. Not only it would confuse new users, even me as a long time user also sometimes forget which is which.

There is no speed cap that I am aware of. But there may be network congestion in your area at night time.
