New with XOX, and i have few questions
- Only few days and the first RM10 has been reduced to RM8 without any reason
Yesterday Top up 100 RM, today i see RM38 gone also without reason??? how i can check the bill/usage statement from the app/web to check for what i have paid?
- Is it true that we need to top-up at least once every 3 months to keep the line active even the validity is 2 year?
- Can i use XOX in roaming just to receive calls and SMS/TACs (NOT Data roaming)? is there any info or file with list of countries ?
- i have another line with Celcom and i want to MNP to XOX, can do it in any Care center ? or better online ?

-Xox prepaid does not have bill statement. Call 12273 from your xox number, and choose to speak to customer service. If you are wrongly billed xox will reverse the charge
-Once you have the validity extended to 28 months (check through *150*1#), you do not need to reload as long as your status is active and still has validity
-Many people use xox for its long life just to get tac overseas, so I see no problem. As long as the country is part of celcom roaming you are good to go. But it is advisable to get voopee app since it is equivalent to xox but utilizes voip
-Any dealer is ok, choose the one most convenience to you because you may find it easy to ask them if problem arise
