Hi guys

New with XOX, and i have few questions

- Only few days and the first RM10 has been reduced to RM8 without any reason
Yesterday Top up 100 RM, today i see RM38 gone also without reason??? how i can check the bill/usage statement from the app/web to check for what i have paid?

- Is it true that we need to top-up at least once every 3 months to keep the line active even the validity is 2 year?

- Can i use XOX in roaming just to receive calls and SMS/TACs (NOT Data roaming)? is there any info or file with list of countries ?

- i have another line with Celcom and i want to MNP to XOX, can do it in any Care center ? or better online ?

One question

As a foreigner with EP, will the line with long validity continue to operate after the work permit is suspended?

Because even not living or working in Malaysia i will still need OTP overseas

Im switching from Celcom to XOX, hope im doing a good choice

Actually i'm overseas, my prepaid line was working perfectly during the first week in roaming (i choosen manually the provider network)

Suddenly no network and my line is "NO SERVICE" i tried everything but the problem persist and im not able to get any network

i emailed the support team but they are really unprofessional and they keep repeating same message

I remember when i was under CELCOM (before switching to XOX) i had same issue, but their support team was great and fast, they just do reset to my line/profile from their board and asked me to switch on/off Airplane mode to refresh the network and It Worked !!!


But XOX team they really don't care and now i dont know what to do ? if someone can help i will be thankful
