Depends on the reason why can't MNP. Is it some outstanding account not settled or something else.

as mentioned, depends on the reason. for prepaid, there shouldn't be anything to do with outstanding. instead, is your line active? as well as minimum rm1.00 in your prepaid account? and did you reply the mnp confirmation sms within the time frame? is your name and IC correct?

in short, it is unlikely you will get back your money. instead, i suggest you find out why your request was rejected - was it rejected by digi or onexox?

i see. in this case, it's digi's fault i guess. unlikely onexox will refund you. i suggest you report to MCMC, then digi will reply to you asap why you can't port out.

If they have no reason against you, then they have to allow you to mnp, it's just a matter of time.

Sometimes these Telcos like  play cat and mouse.

Mnp rejected by current telco, not by new telco

From my experience MNP from Digi to XOX, please kindly unsubscribe to all data plan services. As you may know, Digi data plan are mostly on auto renewal and it needs to be unsubscribe. Even if your auto renewal not successful, you still need to trigger this unsubscription. Once this has been done, then you may try resubmit the MNP application. Thanks.
