Hi can i know the Black XOX plan atm? it seems like the xox.com.my web doesnt show the correct plans?

btw, where to check ah?
im interested in the B44 or the 100GB plan lah

There is no b44, it is b59 with 44GB of data

Also, the 100GB data is b89db

Sadly, xox official site is pathetic, so I use this for more info

2) If I buy the extended validity now, will I burn my still valid period from now until Sept, or will the extension just continue from Sept for another year?

Yes,you can use the credit in MA + DA to purchase the 1 year extended validity.

The validity will be extended from your expiry date.You also can purchase 2 or more years which will extended from your latest expiry date.

According to Onexox, one prepaid number will get 28 months validity once only but some user did get another 28 months validity after they port out and port in again.

You can try but not guaranteed.

Hi,just top up RM25 and send VALID 12 to 22111 or 23388 to purchase the 1 year(365 days) validity.

You also can purchase the 1 year(365 days) validity in Xox Black app.

You'll get 25 days + 365 days = 390 days extended validity to your expiry date.

Hmmm .....

Does anyone else have any problems adding sub-lines in selfcare and/or black app ?

I'm getting stuck at TAC in selfcare, its suppose to send TAC but never send ...

In the black app, the TAC can be sent and received but got stuck at TAC input screen an nothing happened ....

Tried the last 3 days still the same ... so, just asking if happens to anyone else ...

Thanks, helped a lot... will follow their rules and just ext one year.. port in and out is so scary... always terrible experience when doing this

App can buy 6 months or 1 months validity, topup will also extend validity too.

I am using TPlink 4G simcard supported router since 2017 with XOX but recently it doesn't work.
Have been check the router with Maxis simcard, it works.

Thinking to change my parent's tune talk to xox as well.

In addition, with regards to the manual configuration to release 500mb per month, any other choices besides 500 mb? how about talk limit?

TAC is to ease up the process of logging in the app, suitable if your parent lives nearby since you can be accidentally logged out and need to acquire new TAC then

For long distance control, password is more suitable. If you are logged out you don't need the number to be close to you. TAC only valid for 5 minutes ya

For data, minimum amount you can withdraw is 500mb and valid for a month. If you need higher data, there are 1GB, 2GB, 5GB, 6GB and 10GB monthly data. All monthly data is renewed automatically so all you need to do is subscribe and the system will perform auto renew for you. But, if you chose not to renew your monthly plan, you can do so by using app or you can use USSD.

Say, you ran out of data a week before the plan auto renew, you can subscribe a new plan and the old data plan will be terminated and the next auto renew will follow current plan. There is another method of adding data but it will consume your credit and data validity will not be extended, so I wouldn't recommend it.

For calls, the minutes will be deducted automatically thru season pass, you don't have to activate anything

Hi..I had top up RM 50 by Boost few hours ago .. the money not yet credited into my account. How long will it takes or instant? I do received a SMS with some pin number, do I have to credit the amount manually? Thank you.

IC...then the SMS stated *132*1*pin#
But after I dial everything, pop up said switch to *150#
So the new number I have to dial are *150*1*pin#
