New to XOX here .. had been study for sometime and was checking on the plan to see which is best suit to my situation. I am planning to port to XOX with my wife, we are under low usage of phone and i need to use around 1 GB of data each month. Was thinking of taking the prepaid plan. So that is where the Main account and dedicated account come into picture ?

1) I can maintain my wife account ?
2) We can both consume the same subscribed season pass ?
3) If let said i subscribe to a 50GB season pass and enroll to the 1GB FAT plan, it will auto-renew (deduct 1GB from season pass every month) ?
4) Will the unused data from the current month be carry forward to next month when it get renew ?
5) How long will the validity extend for each topup ?

Thanks for the explanation. Actually i don't quite understand how is the DA and MA account work. If i subscribed to prepaid plan and i top up, i saw that it will go to the DA and MA account. Is both this account also under my name ? What is the purpose of splitting the DA and MA account ? Just to make sure we top up RM50 each time in order that all money will go to the DA account instead of MA account ?

Can we activate 500mb per month ? I saw the season pass chart minimum is 1GB ? And for the new subscriber , we can get 10GB free for RM50 purchase correct ? The free 10GB can we use as normal or it will forfeit after a period of time ? Meaning if we can subscribe to a 500MB plan per month, that will last us for 40 months ?

2nd question that i had is if we enroll to the new subscriber SP FAT 5GB + 100mins which allow us to have call time. Does the 100mins got validity like the data plan ? Thanks in advance for the answer.

Want to ask ... if i just want to use my data for 1 month. Lets said 500MB per month. So i should send the code DATA FAT500 ? If not mistaken, i saw in this forum that it will auto renew each month.
1) Is it means every 30 days it will renew ?
2) If i just want to use for a month, i need to deactivate ? Where can i find the code to deactivate for each plan ?
3) If deactivate, can i send the deactivate code once send the activate in case i forgot after the 30 days ? Or i must wait till the 30 days only can deactivate else the data will gone ?
