currently lets say if got balance 3GB, if but 10gb it become 13gb right?

Here is the conclusion.
The customer support suspected that I did not set AR off.
The customer support believed that the auto renewal has already happened the moment when the free data has finished.
I could not back up my statement.
I don't have old SMS to prove it.

Yes 500mb will be deducted from season pass once reach expiry date (not when the quota finish)

We can turn the auto renewal off if we don't want the function

Aiseh ... that's why must keep these notification sms for a while until not needed before deleting. If you didn't receive sms notification then should send DATA AR OFF again until receive it. i feel you bro ... but what to do ... already happened like that ...

is there any difference between Sim card directly shipped from XOX

and

XOX Sim card from dealer.

i have a dual sim card adapter, when i slot in different telco sim card, Maxis, Digi, M1(Singapore), any 2 combination between those 3, it can detect the Sim Card,

But as long as i slot in XOX sim card with any of those 3 above, it doesn't detect only XOX sim card.

any idea why?? would it help if i change new Sim Card?

work in the phone, and other phone, but not in dual sim adapter.

i have 2 XOX number, both the Sim i tried cannot be detected

it's not about switching or no switching, is the phone doesn't detect the XOX Sim card at all when i put in dual sim, Sim 1 or Sim 2

but no problem at all with other telco Sim, doesn't matter if i put at Sim 1 or Sim 2, it can detect other telco Sim

Check my past posts in this thread. I highlighted this issue because I read the SMS they sent me mentioning something about auto renewal. This was after I, like you, bought an SP 10GB package and not signing up any 10GB data package.
When we buy SP 10GB package, they give us additional 10GB free for one month. Don't be too happy because apparently it comes with auto renewal! There goes your 10GB SP if you do not cancel the "automatic" auto-renewal.

Hello there !

To clarify, when a new subscriber (sp/mnp) purchase a special SP FAT10 within 10 days of activation/registration and within the welcome data promo period (23/05/2017 until 31/08/2017), he is entitled to a one-time-only free 10GB monthly data plan. This free data quota is a standard 30 days data plan that comes with auto-renewal. Auto-renewal can be disabled at anytime.

All interested/prospective customers are advised to find out all the necessary info before subscribing to anything. Please find a dealer and ask all questions until satisfied. Any responsible dealer will gladly inform their customers all the important aspects.

scummy as in leaving auto renew by default for your unsuspecting customer.

i just bought one for my dad's second line.
it's even cheaper than my altel, so why not test it out.
