I was told to check this out but it seems like such a hassle to upkeep. 😭 Tune can just cheese buying rm10 for a few months or just once then buy the 365 plan for 30. 😂

Just realized the 1 year validity price has gone from 25 to 48.

At this rate, I'll consider switching.

XOX sucks in MRT stations, sometime stucked at E(dge)

Yeah.......the validity price hike from RM25 to RM48 from 1st July 2025 onwards.

Now the internet/data are getting worst(Unstable).......always switching from 5G to 4G+ and vice versa causing problems to use internet/data.

Latest info from onexox dealers, recently they received many complaints from 1X prepaid users : -

1X prepaid users subscribes to 1X monthly data plan, credits deducted but can't go online,check balance and it show no subscription.

Call customer service and the answer same as yours....... users "Click end data" and have to wait for technical check doh.gif

What if those sellers also use similar methods? Need to get a refund after that? Will they be aware, and refund without any delay?

Thinking of porting to XOX from previously Yoodo.

I have a question.

Does long validity also means we only have to top up at the end of validity to keep it valid?

According to information from onexox dealers, Black B10 plan are temporary unavailable for registration(New number,port-in & change of plan)

due to system(Black plan upgrading) maintenance.
