I received SMS stated that 10GB voucher has been credited into my account, it appeared in reward section of XOX app, once claimed it, the 10GB data credited into season pass account.

First time received free data from XOX rclxms.gif

Usually data voucher in "REWARDS" must be redeemed within 30 days.

AFAIK when redeem a data voucher, the data will be valid :

1) for 30 days if there's no active data plan(Auto renewal will apply)

2) according to ongoing data plan's expiry date as ADD ON DATA.

Agreed, all the new T & C and all the changes are about increase income to the company.

More charges to users and less commission to dealers or even confiscated dealer's commissions especially part time dealers.

From Hotlink Pantas, you can get 5GB data that is valid for 1 year, by paying RM10.

They SMS me on the free data, then I claimed it from XOX app, the 10GB data credited into season pass account, not the data account that we subscribed to, and I don't see any expiry date stated in the season pass account, so I assumed no expiry, similar to existing data that stored inside season pass account.

This data plan 1X-22 really tak boleh pakai sudah.
My friend recently complaints that watching Youtube is really struggling.

Watch 240P still a bit lagyin, once set to 360P or 480P resolutions, totally cannot watching at all. It's happening at night.

Meanwhile, is it XOX throtted speed the data line or the Celcom network are doing maintenance?
OR the xox not allowed for users to put inside the broadband modem?

No issue if below 1080p, max is 1080p. Anything above that cannot watch, after 12am then back to normal. It is not just XOX, it happens on Celcom network as well. I have the same problem on my Celcom numbers. I did share before in CelcomDigi thread.

Can put in modem, no issue.

Digi seems OK, sitting next to my sister that time, she’s using Digi corporate can watch 4K while I’m using Celcom corporate cannot watch anything beyond 1080p. Someone insider mentioned in CD thread that Celcom capped it..
