Can anyone teach me how can I MNP a Unifi bebas prepaid number to XOX?
I tried the MNP page here: http://xox.com.my/onlinestore/mnp/portinginfo.php
but there were no Unifi Bebas to select at the drop down list

Also, for the MNP process, do i have to walk in any XOX service center to finalize the MNP process?

stated that "Walk into any XOX MOBILE outlets to register.
Visit any XOX MOBILE outlets with your identification documents (original IC or passport) to register. If you are currently on a postpaid plan, bring along your latest statement."

I am experiencing unable / extremely slow to receive SMS issue. I tried to send sms to myself, the sms could be sent instantly, but I was unable to receive the sms back.

I tried to sent the sms from another xox number, it was still the same. I tried reconnect to xox network by turnned on / off the airplane mode, sometime I could receive the sms, but for most of the time, no.

Anyone know what is the problem? Any tips on how to fix this?

I tried to buy a new hotlink prepaid SIM pack and typed my XOX phone number at the TAC request number, but i couldn't receive the TAC SMS from Hotlink store. Tried other phone number not operated by XOX, all no problem and able to receive TAC SMS from Hotlink.

Anyone know why? How to fix this?

using google messages, spam protection is not on
and if on, when using other number not operated by XOX should be blocked too.
