Anyone else having YouTube throttling issues? I’m on the 1x22 plan at One Utama and 4K videos keep buffering but speedtest shows 200 Mbps. Using a VPN fixes the issue. I wonder if XOX is artificially throttling YouTube in certain areas. temrage liked this post
