What were you trying to do? Subscribe to the FAT10 Season Pass? If so, you can SMS SP FAT10 to 23388, as advised in an earlier post.

However, please note that the offer is over by now as it's only valid until 11.59pm last night. You'll have to wait for the next FAT10 offer.

A newbie for this OneXOX plan here.
So I have bought the Simkard and reload it with RM10 for 2 year + validity.

Orignally I have RM 5 credit
Reload RM10, 4 into DA and 6 into MA.
So my MA = 11 , DA = 4

Now firstly, disregarding Internet plan,
if I make calls, it will be charged from DA first, and if DA finished credit, MA will be used automactically without need to subscribing anything correct?

Secondly, for data plans, how does it work?
Which plan is most suitable with the season pass etc?
Im still very confused about all these needing to buy the pass, and then need to choose how many MB wanted to use and so on.

Please explain. THANKS!

Firstly: correct DA will be used up first then only MA

Secondly: please look for my ONEXOX thread in garage sales to see how to subscribe internet plan with season pass. Buy the SP FAT10/SP FAT5 within 10 days and then use it to subscribe an internet plan.

Finally, all new customers are advised to find a dealer who can explain and guide users on how to use all necessary ONEXOX features.
