All POSTED transactions on 1/11 - 30/11: >RM500.
So better swipe before 28/11.

Sat 30/11, if you swipe on the machine not provided by HLB, it won't be posted in Nov but Dec; if the machine from HLB, may be posted on 30/11 OR LATER.

Does Wise Card statement date is always 1st of the month since they said cashback based on transactions within a calendar month, newbie to Wise Card....

Can be any date for statement, not limited to 1st day of month.
Statement date nothing to do with Cashback cycle (posted transactions in a calendar month).

Hi would like to ask given the scenario expiry on 1 Dec, if I pay minimum every month, then the last full settle not on 1 Dec but in between third month statement and 1 Dec. Do I still get early payment penalty kah . Eg I pay on 25 nov . Thanks

Yes, will get penalty for early settlement. Just leave RM 10 and pay on 1st Dec.
