I also tried using Paywave @ Starbucks Reserve, Gardens, they tell me system down. I said system down then hide it down the counter, don't show it.

PTPTN loan payment consider “Eligible Retail Transaction" ? or it's consider government?

When I got my AF waiver early sept, I was told that AF charged will be reverse out in my next statement dated 30Sept but it was not. Call d CS n was asked to wait for d next statement.

Similar to my case. I dont see the waiver in my statement dated 1 Oct. CS said need about 60 days for the process.

Once shown in statement must pay already, else considered short payment and will be charged with financial interest. Whatever adjustment will be later.

overpaying is something like your current balance is RM1k and you pay RM1001 or even more

I participated the RM20 (12.00pm) on 12-Mar , till now haven't received sms notification. I thought I have great chance to win since there are allocated 200 winners for weekend 12.00-12.59pm.

at normal times the sms should come 2-3 hrs after the trxn. Sometimes next day.
But this time is way too long already.
My approval time was 12:00:08 also no news...
If like what you said "changed to 12:31" then really speechless. No  way we can argue with bank, only can accept the fully claimed b*llsh*t . 

At least 2 hours later, but a few days later is still possible.
Mine 12:00:20, I should win unless it was changed to 12:31, but no update at website. But the sms may come a few days later.
