For HLB, Bigpay is a retail transaction.
For HLB Wise, you need to spend >RM2000 monthly to get 10% CB (max RM100) on 3 selected categories (from 10 categories).
Eg if you choose Utilities, you pay TNB - RM1000 spend on Bigpay - RM1000, you will get RM100 CB (10% - TNB).

If you feel it is too complicated, then you should get HLB Essential card (0.4% / 1%). Read the product descriptions at www.hlb.com.my.

if i apply for the wise card now and get it activated before 1 july 2019 will my benefits be affected by the new one?
