Yes, I read it, many times. But not very understand about this:
(vii)all government related transactions and all online transaction(s)/ payment via Hong
Leong Connect

Can you tell me whether the JomPAY payment (for life insurance) in HL connect is counted for the RM2000 requirement?
And how about PTPTN payment using PTPTN website? Is it a government related transaction?

Since uobpayonline no longer available, is there any alternative that let me pay specific TNB amount using Wise? TNB itself will only let you settle full amount payment, and HLB online is using Jompay which's not eligible for Wise Utility Categories if I'm not wrong.

Cybpsych totally ignore you liao. You can borrow ptptn study, but your English is so bad? Is ptptn under our government or private banking, when you borrow the money? Anything you deal with the government department when you do things, will be governmental.

Have u read the TnC of the card and the product disclosure? Wise card has different categories leh. Don't just read what you want to know but read the whole product article before asking. Seriously, expecting spoonfeeding is a disease.

PS. I read the article top down, and reverse, and I still don't find the sentence "for all the retail spend are entitle for 10% cashback", so unsure where you get the idea that it says ALL THE RETAIL SPEND.

The basis of dealing with banks (credit cards are from banks) is always read PDS and T&C.
