today received this email from edm@hlb.com.my,
it ask me to create new PIN for my pin n pay card, the problem is i haven received the card yet eventhou in the email they say "Thank you for activating your new PIN-enabled Hong Leong Credit Card"



anyone have this email and same situation as me？

I think they just blast out the standard email. I receive HLB MACH card n change the pin long time ago.. Other card still haven't receive n I receive the same email as urs..

Woohoo, I just checked MyTNB portal and payment I made via ePay today at Sam's Nu Sentral already reflected. That's fast.

I used new account no.

Any other merchants can pay? I check in epay website merchants like Giant, Mydin, Watson's are listed, can pay for TNB bills etc. Does it count as grocery / pharmacy in Wise also?

The most important thing is whether they accept cc payment, which they don't.

Really so pampered by Sam's Groceria for TnG and ePay bills.

i called in to ask.

The CS told me the existing HLB Wise (without paywave) is also required to change PIN. So I changed.

Then today i received an email saying they noticed I have activated my card, but not changed the PIN.
So weird.

You only need to change PIN when you have new card... I didn't bother activating PIN for my existing card.

Got a reply from them...

ePay bills includes TNB and mobile prepaid topup also?

Yeah, even mobile reload I guess...
Now how am I going to spend my groceries.
Gotta find a way now.

Crap, I just remembered my anniversary is in next month. If I were to cancel after 28th this month, will I still get my cash back on 28th Sept for August?

Lai lai, Empire Subang Jaya and Mydin USJ both still can (cross finger). Empire I just went yesterday still operational the TnG reload.

Guys, wanted to update of my payment to UobPayonline using new TNB account. It's now reflected in myTnb. Hope it's gonna be tagged as utility as usual.

sam groceria is actually mydin as well, just different business theme. Wondering when the same things gonna applied to mydin.. sigh....

Only TnG reload... Mine is mainly bills...

Only selected Mydin can do TnG reload but none of them can make ePay payment with CC.
However, I'm not surprised if one day they will take off this as well since they are under the same company.

Looks like I will reload when I go back to Seremban on Saturday using my Ikhwan as most likely I will cancel my Wise.
